It varies from a few months to a few years, and depending on the client’s goals either I or they will decide when they feel steady on their own feet again.
I recommend once or twice per week, and each session is 30 minutes at a minimum, although many clients find 30 minutes too short. This is at your discretion and scheduling constraints.
While I do occasionally record sessions, I use secure systems for storing and then purge the sessions after two weeks. This is for continuity between sessions and notetaking, to ensure I am giving you the attention and quality advice you deserve, and to preserve your confidence. I also offer you a copy of the file, should you wish.
Much of my work is online, to increase accessibility and the range of folks I can reach. Occasionally, I do meet clients in person – location and timing are the main factors.
For specific sessions, it is possible. I do offer couple-specific sessions which would need to be set up separately.
